I posted an entry back in July about how a few of the kids at OCRemix were working on the Street Fighter 2: HD Remix soundtrack, based upon their Blood on the Asphalt album release a few years earlier.  After months of being stuck in beta and a lot of angry, unrequited fan love, HD Remix finally saw the light of day on the Playstation Network and XBox Live Arcade this Thanksgiving week, followed by the release of the official soundtrack on ocremix for free.  And it was well worth the wait – the game’s awesome.  Do yourself a favor – pick up the remake for a mere fifteen bucks on your favorite next-gen console.  Then download the soundtrack from ocremix – it’s pretty amazing to see the talented folks in full motion and possibly jumpstarting their own careers in the game industry.  Perhaps they’ll bring my musically untalented ass along too
